Paleo, MITO, Keto...What's it all about???

Recently I've been going through some major changes! After being sick for so long, I decided, enough is enough, and I went to see a natural healthcare specialist who I call Dr. C.

After going over my medical records and labs, it was decided that I would start what is called a MITO Food Plan .

Since I've started this plan, I have been able to come off of every synthetic form of medication that I've ever been on (for more of my story, please visit and friend me at my Facebook Page Tina L. Korotky).

NOW....I do not ever recommend to anyone (especially my clients) that you come off of your medication. I did so with close monitoring and made my traditional doctors aware of every move I made.

I chose to come off of my synthetic medications because they were all depleting me of any nutritional values I was putting into my system. My doctor explained it as I was a "tire with a slow leak". No matter what I was putting in, by the end of the day there was nothing left!

My cousin who is on a Paleo Food Plan and I started a Facebook group called Paleo & More where we share what we eat, give you recipes, and offer support for anyone taking this next step in their own wellness journey.

Paleo, MITO, and Keto are all similar plans. However, there are some differences that can make or break what you are trying to achieve. For instance, my MITO Food Plan helps aide in reducing inflammation throughout the body. While the other plans are also great for that, there are some foods that I am not able to have in my body that are cleared with the other plans.

In the upcoming months, I plan on sharing the differences between these three food plans that I now have found to work with many of my clients needs.

If you are interested in more information, please schedule your FREE health assessment with me today so we can get you started on your own path to wellness!

I'm Still Here....

I know that I haven't taken any new clients for awhile now. So I'd like to take a moment and explain why; because it's so important.

I want to make something clear before I explain my situation......

I am well aware that I never have to "explain myself" to anyone other than God (for me that is my highest power). That being said, I do believe there are times in my life that I will make an exception to that rule; because although my family always comes first; my clients are also very important to me as well.

In doing light work, I truly believe and even talk a lot about Karma. I feel that when I am not balanced, due to situations that may come up in my life, that it is Karmically Irresponsible to ever work on someone as a Reiki Practitioner; and this is something I explain to all of my students as well. I believe in the Ripple Effect, so to speak. That if I am not completely grounded, or balanced, at some point, it is very possible to pass that on to my clients. I would never want to harm anyone ever!

There has been a LOT going on for about two years of my life. While I still accepted clients for the company I am an Independent Distributor for; I just wasn't comfortable practicing Reiki or even doing readings during that time.

I had a really bad injury that turned into my health being compromised. I was in a great deal of pain; but that goodness that is getting back on track. We also struggled with a lot of loss in our family during the same time as well.

My children, who both have special needs, and are my main priority (along with my husband of course), have had various struggles that we are still working on. One of the outcomes of their struggles is that I am now homeschooling my son.

Things are moving on the right path for my journey and I promise that I am still right here; just continuing to work toward what my family and my highest good is. If you know me then you know my family always comes first!

I can't say when I will practice or even teach again. I do know that this part of my journey holds amazing lessons for me that I can not wait to share with you all.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have been such a tremendous support for me and especially for my family.
