"What can I expect from my appointment?"

During your appointment we will go over various things to help get you started on your individual path of wellness.

For your initial appointment we will discuss the following:

1. Family History
2. Your medical history- along with any types of natural solutions you have tried
3. Your Health Analysis Results- Finding a path that suits all of your needs
4. Mapping out your Natural Health Solution Plan (NHSP)
                   (you will receive a copy of both your Health Analysis Results and NHSP)

It's that simple!

After your initial appointment; you can choose to schedule follow-up visits, such as:

• Reiki Sessions
• Guided Meditations
• Continued Nutritional Consultation and Support
